My experience working with Jana Ward was exceptional. A consummate professional, she walked me through every step of the process as I took the plunge as a first time homeowner. What sets Jana apart from others is her capacity to wear many hats. She is an expert in the field and very knowledgeable about the market and current trends. She is an educator by nature, so every question I had, large and small, she patiently answered and always did so in a timely way. Jana is also extremely kind and empathetic. She knew intuitively how to put me at ease when I needed reassurance, but also encouraged me to have confidence in myself and supported me in making good decisions that reflected what I wanted in a new home. When I met Jana for the first time, I was struck by her warmth and her honesty. I knew I had made the right decision to work with Jana because I saw in her a rare combination of integrity, professionalism and kindness. The entire process of exploring the market, looking at houses, finding my dream home and moving in on that fateful day went darn near flawlessly. The relationship has continued even post closing. Jana genuinely cares about her clients and she continues to make herself available to us if we have questions or need the name of a good electrician, plumber, etc. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Jana and recommend her with great confidence to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell a home.

I recently sold and bought a home with Jana Ward. She is not only a solid professional in the real estate business and all that goes with it. She is very knowledgeable about the DFW area. She has lived here most her life and has a gut instinct that is impeccable. We worked closely together for a few weeks(because my house sold so fast!) and she literally stayed by my side and helped me every step of the way. I’m a first time home buyer by myself and so I was a little apprehensive in the process. Jana calmed me down, explained everything to me and totally took the reigns when it was time.
